1. Who we are

GITECHY QR (gitechyqr.com and gtyqr.com) is operated by Alfa Tech, Corp., Miami, Florida, United States (“we”). Contact: [EMAIL].

2. Static codes

The content of a static code is stored in the image. Static codes work without our service and do not expire.

3. Dynamic codes

A one-time dynamic code includes 5 years of forwarding from the purchase date and 1 year of editing and statistics. After the included period, forwarding continues as long as GITECHY QR operates. If forwarding of a one-time dynamic code stops permanently within the included period, we will, at our choice, refund the unused part of the price or give you a free static code with the same content.

4. Subscriptions

Plans renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the plan runs to the end of the paid period; no partial refunds. Codes made with a plan keep forwarding for 90 days after it ends; after that, dynamic codes show a page with a Continue button until you subscribe again.

5. Payments and refunds

One-time purchases are digital products delivered immediately; all sales are final and not refundable, except when we charged you by mistake or the code cannot be used because of a fault on our side. By ticking the box at checkout you agree to immediate delivery and give up any right of withdrawal. If a payment is reversed (chargeback), we may pause the dynamic codes concerned and block new purchases.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use GITECHY QR for phishing, malware, scams, illegal or misleading content. We may pause or block codes that break these rules (see the acceptable use policy).

7. Availability

We aim for 99.9 % availability. Short interruptions – maintenance, internet or provider outages, attacks, events beyond our control – are not a breach of these terms.

8. Liability

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the code or plan concerned. We are not liable for indirect losses such as reprinting, lost sales or lost profits. Test your codes before printing them in large numbers.

9. Shutdown

If GITECHY QR closes, we follow our shutdown policy: at least 12 months’ notice, export of your codes, and forwarding for at least 2 years after closing.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
